Our production workshop is constructed and operated in full compliance with Class II Medical Device GMP regulatory requirements issued by NMPA, with higher purification level and strict quality control standard than ordinary cosmetic raw material workshops. We implement dust-free purified production, personnel access isolation, material disinfection and full-process traceability to guarantee the purity and stability of medical grade raw materials.

The whole production process from raw material feeding, synthesis, drying, packaging to warehouse storage is fully traceable. Each batch of products has a unique production batch number, realizing strict quality control from raw material input to finished product delivery.

We adopt standardized professional production equipment, including vacuum freeze drying machine, sterile filling line, stainless steel reaction kettle, to realize large-scale stable bulk production of PLLA/CaHA microspheres and peptide raw materials, meeting the demand of mass OEM customization.

Independent laboratory & University‑enterprise collaborative R&D team

Led by PhD researchers from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), specialize in medical‑aesthetic raw material R&D, equipped with a full set of analytical testing instruments. Each batch of raw materials will undergo multi-index strict inspection (purity, particle size, microbial limit, moisture, etc.) before leaving the factory, to ensure compliance with medical grade quality standards.
